In June, a collaborative team of researchers from the Forest Ecology Research Group along with the Walker Lab (studying Disturbance and Ecosystem Ecology) and Mack Lab (Plant and Ecosystem Ecology) from Northern Arizona University carried out surveys of recovery and regeneration post-fire in areas burned by 2014 wildfires.
